Where do your diamonds come from?

At TheLabFirm, we procure our gems directly from manufacturers who polish the stones. These manufacturers typically source their rough diamonds from leading diamond-producing countries that adhere to international standards for responsible sourcing. Every diamond we offer is certified and guaranteed to be conflict-free.

Our goal is to provide customers with a wide range of options for their diamond purchases while upholding stringent sourcing standards for our suppliers. Are your diamonds ethical?

Do you sell both lab grown and natural diamonds

Yes, TheLabFirm offers both natural and lab-grown diamonds, ensuring our customers have a diverse selection to choose from. Our diamond collection distinctly separates natural diamonds from lab-grown ones to prevent any confusion. Additionally, every lab-grown gem you purchase from TheLabFirm comes with a certificate clearly identifying it as lab-grown, providing transparency and confidence in your choice.

Jewellery Information

How long do your items take to get made?

At TheLabFirm, most of our items are handcrafted and take approximately 15 to 20 working days to complete, while our more intricate, diamond-set pieces—such as vintage, halo, trilogy, and diamond-set rings—may require up to 8 weeks. If you need your jewelry sooner, we can sometimes accelerate the workshop process, depending on our current workload and the complexity of your design. Please note that expediting comes with an additional fee: €140 for classic solitaire designs and €200 for diamond-set jewelry, including halo, vintage, or trilogy styles. With TheLabFirm, you can trust in our dedication to quality craftsmanship, tailored to your timeline.

Do you also engrave the rings?

Personalize your ring with a custom engraving of your choice for an additional €35, adding a heartfelt touch to your jewelry. Simply select the engraving option before checkout to include your message. Each ring accommodates up to 15 characters, and you can choose from a variety of fonts and symbols to perfectly match your design.

Keep in mind that engraved rings cannot be returned. If your ring needs resizing, the engraving will need to be redone, so it’s best to add an engraving only when you’re confident in the size. Make your jewelry truly unique with this special customization option.

Can by Jewelry be set with different gems, other than Diamonds?

Our jewelry is crafted with an array of gemstones and semi-precious stones to suit every taste. Explore a variety of colored diamonds and gemstones directly on our website. If you can’t find the specific gem you’re looking for, reach out to our expert jewelry specialists, and we’ll source the ideal piece just for you. Can I restore a Jewelry Item at The Lab Firm?

We exclusively restore TheLabFirm jewelry to guarantee exceptional quality. Depending on your needs, our bespoke team can, in some instances, recreate a jewelry piece using diamonds or gemstones sourced from a vintage item. For smaller restoration tasks, such as replating a white gold ring or polishing your jewelry, we provide a Clean & Polish service priced at €85. This service is available only to customers who have purchased a TheLabFirm jewel, ensuring your piece receives the expert care it deserves.

Delivery & Collections

How can I track my order?

Once your item is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and an online link to trace your order's delivery status.

What documents do you send with my order?

Along with your beautiful jewellery, you will receive your order receipt, insurance valuation, and your diamond or gemstone's certificate (unless you have chosen a diamond with an e-cert, in which case you will find the certificate online.)

Can you ship to a P.O box?

For security reasons, we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box, as a signature is required for delivery.

Can I specify a delivery date?

If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please reach out to our team, and we’ll make every effort to meet your request. Ensure your jewelry arrives exactly when you need it with our personalized service.

Payment & Pricing

Do you offer any finance or flexible payment options?

Buying fine jewelry is a significant decision, and we’re here to make it easier by offering flexible payment options through V12, Klarna, or Splitit. This allows you to focus on what matters most. To find out which payment plan suits you, please review our Finance Terms & Conditions.

For security purposes, items purchased online via PayPal, Amazon Pay, or financed through V12 and Klarna must be shipped to your billing address. Enjoy a seamless and secure shopping experience tailored to your needs.

Why is there a price difference between diamonds that are almost identical?

You might observe that two seemingly identical diamonds can vary significantly in price, which can feel puzzling. Rest assured, this difference typically isn’t tied to quality.

To provide you with ample options, we source our diamonds from various trusted suppliers. Prices may fluctuate depending on the diamond’s origin, as supplier pricing naturally differs.

If you spot a notable price gap between two diamonds of similar quality, it’s wise to review their certificates. Some grading laboratories are more reputable, which can result in higher pricing for their certified diamonds. This transparency ensures you can confidently choose the perfect diamond for your needs.

Do you show fixed prices only, or can these change?

Our diamond prices can sometimes fluctuate, as they are influenced by the global diamond market. Price fluctuation is normal, and the variations are very small from day to day.


In the event that you find the same diamond or jewel at a lower price elsewhere, we are also open to matching our prices with those of other jewellery makers.

How long will my refund take?

Upon receiving your item, our customer care specialists will carefully assess and verify its condition. If everything is in order and the item is undamaged, your refund will typically be processed within 10 working days. However, depending on your payment method, it may take up to 30 working days in some cases. We strive to ensure a smooth and efficient refund process for your peace of mind.
